Dala Fish transforms youth from excluded job seekers into climate-smart aquaculture entrepreneurs, producers, cooperative members, and sustainability leaders. These are not temporary positions or welfare programs; each pond is a permanent household asset generating recurring income for 10+ years.
By 2030, over 1,000+ productive household enterprises will have created at least 3,000–5,000 green jobs across the Basin.
