The Dala Fish Project operates through a multi-stakeholder collaboration model designed for regional scalability and long-term local ownership.
We work with communities, youth groups, women associations, cooperatives, institutions, researchers, governments, and development partners to strengthen youth-led climate-smart aquaculture systems across the Lake Victoria Basin.
No single partner carries the system — the ecosystem is built to distribute ownership across all actors. We welcome organizations and individuals who share our conviction that communities have both the right and the capacity to lead their own food and economic futures.
